This month we would like to feature and highlight The Shops of Prairie Village! The Shops of Prairie Village, including Bijin Salon and Spa, Cafe Provence, Dolce Bakery, French Market, Rise Biscuits, Scratch Gourmet, and more have been our biggest waste diverters. WOW. THANK YOU.

Since beginning their compost program in 2021, The Shops of Prairie Village have diverted over 25,000 pounds of food waste from the landfill. Together, they have prevented 17,050 pounds of CO2 from being pumped into our atmosphere. Join us in congratulating them. 

We encourage you to support these organizations - from salon to biscuits to brie! They are leading by example and contributing to the greener and greater good of our community.
