Kansas City Earth Festival Keynoted by United Nations Youth Leader and U.S. Presidential Candidate

This year’s Earth Day Celebration will once again be online, allowing you to participate in meaningful climate action from the comfort and safety of your home or office. EF21 opens with the Climate Speaker’s Forum, featuring keynotes from 2020 United Nations Youth Leader, AY Young, and the Green Party’s 2020 Presidential candidate, Howie Hawkins, followed by Climate University programs, afternoons from 1:00-6:00 pm featuring subjects from composting to zero-waste, from microplastics to fashion, from food to renewable energy.

CinemaKC presents a film series accompanied by live music Saturday evening and the festival closes Sunday with the EF21 open-mic After-Party.

All events are free. Visit EF21.ClimateGKC.org for the complete Festival Schedule.
